Welcome to Property Touuch! Property Touch is a digital real estate advertising, marketing, and information services platform that connects users with the real estate ecosystem.This is India's first platform that offers direct partnership to its associates, offers partnership in profits, and the profit sharing is done as per the company's terms and conditions. 

Property Touch provides access to a range of services including, but not limited to, its mobile application, and all related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Property Touch is owned and operated by Gentry Developers Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules thereunder. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signature.

“Real Estate Professionals” or “REPs” include users who create free or paid accounts to list, sell, rent, advertise properties, or avail professional services on Property Touch. REPs may include landlords, agents, developers, consultants, mortgage professionals, and other service providers.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

Name, mobile number, email address, and other details provided during registration or while using our Services.

Log & Usage Data

IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, location data, search preferences, interactions with advertisements, and cookies.

Cookies

We use session and persistent cookies to enhance functionality, remember preferences, and analyze usage trends. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Services.

Information from REPs

REPs may be required to provide property details, business information, and billing details. Calls with REPs may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Third-Party Information

We may receive limited information from third parties to improve service personalization. Such information is shared only as per user consent.

Communication Consent

By using Property Touch, you consent to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails related to Services, promotions, and updates, notwithstanding DND/NDNC registration.

User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they post. Property Touch does not verify or endorse user-generated content and reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

Property Touuch is an advertising and information platform and does not verify the authenticity of property listings. Users are advised to conduct independent due diligence before entering into any real estate transaction.

Joining Bonus & Referral Policy

Any joining bonus, referral bonus, or incentive amount credited to a User’s account shall be subject to Property Touch’s internal policies and verification requirements. Withdrawal of such amounts will be permitted only in accordance with company rules, eligibility criteria, timelines, and compliance checks as determined by Property Touuch from time to time. Property Touuch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or referral program without prior notice.

All payouts, including joining bonus, referral earnings, incentives, or any other payable amounts, shall be processed only after deduction of applicable taxes, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), as per prevailing laws of India.     If you bring 100 members, you get a referral bonus of 2000. After that, if you bring next 50 members, you get 2500 as referral bonus. For every 50 members you bring, the referral bonus increases by 500. 

The company's referral bonus policy, including when and how it is paid, is solely at the discretion of the company. The company reserves the right to decide on the referral bonus, and its decision is final. You agree not to make any claims or disputes regarding the referral bonus.Users acknowledge that the net amount received may be lower than the credited amount due to such statutory deductions.

Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data available on Property Touch are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property Touch, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Property Touuch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Amendments

Property Touuch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in ajmer, rajasthan, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
